3 AM THOUGHTS
NIHAO! Everyone let's talk about the 3 a.m. thoughts a person can get. A person who gets sad is not the saddest a person who gets happy is not the happiest person we are all somewhere between happy and sad a mid-range of life (Irukira yidam theriyama iruntitu poiranu). Have you ever wondered who can be the happiest person or who is the happiest person (yaru da neega enga irukiga)? A life that is created by someone and has settled down to be yours, which can be twisted and turned only by your own actions. I have always heard my dad say "Nothing is Permanent" like even happiness and sadness are not permanent but food without salt is not what we want. But why do we get these types of thoughts at a time when ghosts love to roam. It's all connected to the part of life paths where happiness doesn't come with a pang of sadness, sadness doesn't come with depression, depression brings anxiety where it all leads to some creepy 3 a.m. thoughts. The thoughts might be deep the senses might be deep but remember we all are in the same boat the next morning where people love to scold you in the traffic signals, where the HR is not interested in the hike, where the professor asks you a question in the middle of a class, where math teacher calls you up to solve a sum on the board. It's like an adventure where Dora goes miles and miles away from home just to explore? NAH she moves around so she can be more experienced with people and get lost in her thoughts.
What do I think about 3 a.m. thoughts?
Actually, I feel very good about the 3 a.m thoughts it really gives you a kick in your ass by your past behaviors which cannot be changed, and helps us not to do it again in your lifetime. Why do we have it? STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION. I recently came across the movie Appendage which is a must-watch movie. The lead character has gone through a depression which is very severe where the appendage is born inside her which gives her acusition about her own life. Throughout the movie I learned a lesson "Controlling or Managing your emotions you can come past anything".
How to Overcome it? How did I do it?
Every person is unique in their own way, and every person has their own character, Not every person can be the same god has created everyone with his special magic spell like a jadoo. I did a very simple trick which my Grandma gave. It's very simple we would have done it many many years ago. Milk was the one that helped me to sleep really well warm milk has it. I can't say that it works for everyone who suffers from insomnia but I gave it a try even though I'm typing it at 2:00 AM with warm milk Yeah! you guessed it right it helped me but not a lot. I sleep sometimes only when I have peace of mind wait!!! I guess I'm going to topic 😂😜Why do I do it again!. Peace of mind is when I'm free from all my work, assignments, exams, career,
